Done With Pride Plumbing

Was connected with Done with Pride through our Home Warranty, the plumber came out and told us to be rodded it would be covered. Then he said he needed to use a hydrojet to do the job which would be $ 650 and not covered by home warranty… we had our usual plumber come out and look at the job and said using a hydrojet would not make any sense and it could ruin our pipes. He was able to clear out the pipes by rodding it in two hours, which should’ve been covered.
Glad we went elsewhere because they were obviously just trying to have us pay for something that wasn’t necessary.

Left an inquiry with Done with Pride and Windy City Rooter on
. Heard from Done with Pride right away. Unfortunately, after the found out we had bought a disposal on our own and only needed a installation. Given a price. Discussed it with my husband and he said call them back and tell them OK with the deal. Left three messages and never returned my call. Windy City Rooter never called. I Done with Pride was not interested in doing the job a simply phone saying they were not interested would have been appropriate. No way to do business!
Hired J & S Plumbing and they sent our a plumber name Chris and he did a beautiful job. They responded immediately to my request for plumbing service. Done with Pride could learn something from this fine company.
