I have had a disappointing experience with the staff at Elmhurst after this holiday weekend listening to how unhappy my Grandmother is. Policies are changed that upset residents and there is little openness to try different ideas. I sense that there is a shortsightedness and little care for the happiness of residents. There are many other options for care in this area that I would consider first.
