H&R Block

I have used the services of H&R block wheeling branch for two times so far in the last few years. Have no issues with last year’s service. This year, the person who did my taxes did not have any clue about what she was doing. I did return online turbotax as well as taxslayer and got about $ 1500 more in net returns than what i got from H&R block. For the fee they charge and all the ads they show on television we should expect to see some benefit of using their service over the simple online based returns process. My suggestion for everyone is to do your own returns using some online resources and then go to this place. It may waste the time of the person who is preparing your tax return at H&R block but hey it is your hard earned money. You are not responsible for their lack of knowledge.
