horrible horrible staff and food, pls call somebody else if you dont wanna be screw from this ppl, , horrible service, ppl have so bad attitude who work there, i saw how the delivery guys jump in kitchen and start make pizza no wash hands no nothing, DISGUSTING, , i waste my 21 $ but this review gonna cost you 1000 $ and 1000 $ of dollars every day, PLEASE PPL DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY,

Another solid experience with Marcos pizza. I have been catering Marcos pizza for my kids bday parties for the last five years and they continue to deliver. The kids and adults continue to be impressed with this place.

It reminds me of a lunch room pizza when I was in grammar school. I ordered the personal size pizza while on my lunch break at work. I only use this place whenever I forget to bring my lunch. I only get 30 min and it’s literally 1 block away. It’s only $ 4.99 for the pizza I order. I guess for the price, you can’t complain. Taste was expected for a inexpensive pizza. 3 stars for the cheap price.

We used Marco’s pizza for a late night snack at my daughter’s recent wedding reception, which was held at Old Orchard Country Club. It is located about 1 mile from the Marcos on Wolf road. They were WONDERFUL. The 2 managers I had worked with, Natalie and Jackie were very helpful. They have great prices on their catering pizza packages. I placed the order 1 week before the wedding. I ordered 16 extra large pizzas with a variety of different toppings. The day of the wedding, I needed to pay ahead for the pizzas. You could do this on the phone, or as I did, I just dropped in. The pizzas were expected at 10:30 pm and that is exactly when the pizzas were delivered, pipping hot too! By me asking, they also gave us an ample amount of paper plates as well as napkins. I appreciated this. Not only saving me money, but 1 less trip to Costco.
My only regret is that even with 256 cut pieces of pizza, it got wiped out and fast!!! Everyone loved it. We ordered the thicker crust to try to stretch the pizza and make it more filling.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marco’s. We were very pleased with the service and the pizza!

11/​05/​2015 5:20 pm i returned the pizza because it had a hair. drivers make pizza without washing the hands. The manager makes pizza after handling money without washing the hands. no one wears gloves. the boy who was in training scratching his head. the other scratching his beard. this is really what we eat. owner check your video recorder approximately 5:20 to 5:40 i never return.

You never know what you’re going to get with Marcos…
Too bad because their pizza is not the worst. It DOES NOT Compare to joes pizza, not even rossatis.
Delivery is usually late, and the pizza is almost never more than just barely warm. This is why I decided to do pick up today.
Big mistake
I drove on a snowy day to pick up my order, and they made my pizza wrong, forgot the ranch (even though I reminded them on the phone) and they completely forgot my cheese bread! (Which is $ 13!!! …for bread with cheese melted on it)
Worst of all when I called to let them know they said they’ll just give me cheese bread next time I order. Hahaha like that was suppose to be them going above and beyond to make things right?! Was I suppose to be happy with that?!
Bottom line I ended up driving out to pay for food that I only partially received. The pizza was still not hot either!
I give up, Marcos is not worth the trouble. Too bad because this is my local pizza place. I guess I’ll have to order from Joes or dominos until I find a more consistent and professionally ran place.

Ok so let me tell you the story of how I stumbled onto this little gem. Using my sisters entertainment book coupons I had first called jets pizza near my home in mt prospect to see if they would honor a jets coupon from libertyville. No dice, they didn’t even give me a second thought even after I mentioned we use them all the time, i was a little bummed out because I have ate there before and always considered them a step up from pizza Hut and dominos.
Well just so happens Marcos is a step up from jets!
Amazing classic and thin crust pies and guess what… they had no problem accepting my Marcos entertainment book coupon!
They crust is tasty. not to hard or soft… the sauce is to die for and oh yeah, divers took less then 30 minutes on a Friday night.
I have found my go to pizza joint!

Love this place… Best pizza and customer service. The specialty pizza (chicken florentine) is my favorite and would recommend.

I tried their pizza several times at friend’s place that live nearby this place. Yesterday me and my friend were passing this location, starving and tired beyond imagination. I have heard of their 50% off pizza Mondays, so I tried to quickly make an online order so we could get pizza in awesome price. Time was not on our side… with location closing at 11pm and the clock’s arms getting very very fast to that point… My phone was being an ass and just wouldn’t let me do the order, so we decided to walk in. in was 10.58pm. They were cleaning up… one of two guys greeted us nicely and asked how he could help. I explained that we would love to order the large pizza, and we tried to do it online to get the deal, but it wouldn’t let us. Living on this planet for several years, my experience with such moments vary, but mostly the answer I would get would be: «Sorry we’re closed». or, «sorry, our oven is turned off already». or, «sorry, it is a Monday night and i wanna get out of here». etc, etc… The response we got in this place? nothing like that. not only they –WITH THE SMILE and coolest attitude ever– made us the pizza we wanted, but also they gave us the online deal-​50% off. It was ready in 10 minutes, pipping hot and most delicious eveeeeeeeer!!! And we paid 7 bucks… YUP. Two different kinds of pepperoni large pizza. I mean, it doesn’t get better than that. So, we were already fans of your pizza, Marco’s pizza place in Wheeling. Now we love you!!! Because of the pies and because of your awesome workers and their wonderful attitude :-) We will be back 9 999 999 999 999 999 931 398 190 359 470 212 947 659 194 368 times :-P

A pizza chain simply being itself. Not impressive. We tried this new pizza location to give it a chance. Cheesy bread tasted great. The pizza was average taste and quality. The medium pizza size reminded us too much of frozen pizza. Limited type of ingredients to choose. The shop touts its fresh sauce and dough but neither seemed of high flavor.

Marcos is our go-​to for pizza! The hours are perfect and the pizza comes piping hot and so fast! even when our friends come over they always want to order from Marcos because they know it’s worth it!
The quality of the pizza is amazing at a low price. They also have the best jalapeño bread around!
The delivery drivers are so nice, as well as the order takers. We have order from Marcos a lot since they opened and never once have they messed up our meal.
Seriously, try this little pizza place for yourself! You’ll see!

Food’s great — service has me seeking another pizza place.
We had tried Marco’s down south and were really excited when they came in down the block. Food has been always great from this location, and the prices are reasonable. For awhile this was a weekly indulgence for us.
Here and there, things started to get sloppy — a bad cut job on a half and half pizza, forgotten crust toppings, missed toppings. I started keeping track of the errors. After 10 orders and only 3 perfect orders, I stopped ordering.
Sadly, we won’t be back.

I needed to try something other than Lou’s. I’m glad I did, because this place is great.

This is the type of Pizza I like. I am originally from Ohio, so I grew up on this style/​brand of pizza. When I moved to chicago, I emailed Marcos at least 2x to see why they weren’t here in chicagoland. I wish i’d saved the emails. If I remember correctly, they hadnt branched into the area sooner because of some sort of franchise law. I dont remember for sure.
Anyway, The chicago style pizza’s (cheese on top of cheese) is just not for me. Today I just got the run of the mill pepperoni and sausage pizza. Great flavor — just like home.

Great pizza!!! They always provide coupons after you buy. They have some great toppings and the sauce and the cheese is delicious. But I think the best part about their pizza is the crust. The only reason I am giving a 4 out of 5 is because of the wait. I know they get a lot of business but 30 min it was too long. Plus even with the coupon it cost more than papa johns. But overall I will be buying from them again.

Let me start off by saying, my in-​laws live in the area and we are always trying new pizza places in hopes of finding a place we love. My better half and I are definite pizza snobs, of there is such a thing, so that never helps!
We ordered the pizza, ran to pick it up, and even though our drive home was a decent 10 minutes, the pizza was still piping hot. That’s unheard of!
It was just a ladies lunch that day and I’m not even remotely embarrassed to say that the 2 ½ of us (my little one is only 15 months) polished off almost a whole large pizza!
We will definitely be back, that’s for sure. It’s not super thin by any means but it’s still really good an flavorful. They aren’t skimpy on the toppings and it’s not a big ball of cheese or dough that’s swimming in sauce either. It’s great pizza!

You are my favorite pizza place by far. The delivery is fast, the pizza is hot, hot, hot, and you always give out coupons. I love your cheesesticks more than I thought a woman could ever love a cheesestick. The sausage is primo, and when I asked for bacon on my pizza, by God, was there bacon. Basically, I love you and your food. Much better than Domino’s or Papa John’s. Thank you for just being you.

Love this pizza! Fresh ingredients and gourmet choices. You also get lots of free stuff and savings all the time. Try their subs and meatball bakes as well. Amazing!

This pizza is really good! My 1^st time ordering from here today. I got the garden pizza, its by far better than Dominos or Papa Johns. Cant compare it to Lou Malnatis but for cheap pizza its great.
