Unbelievably horrible service. Easiest cleaning job = cleaning an empty house. We called them before moving in to avoid having to clean everything. We asked for a deep clean and had to pay $ 330 for Saturday service. The floors were a mess(must have been cleaned w dirty water– saw water marks all over and dirt/dust), cabinets had dirt and old food in them, fridge was dirty w food etc, freezer wasn’t cleaned bc it «had to be defrosted in order to clean»(no one ever mentioned this before hand or it would have been defrosted out), inside bathroom draws had dirt in them, etc. Christine, I believe was her name, originally offered to send someone back out. When I found dirt in the kitchen cabinets, I called to complain again. What good is a «deep clean» when your cabinets, fridge and the rest of the house is is packed with your stuff? It sort of defeats the whole purpose. She began to argue, yell and talk over me and eventually hung up after telling me that she would no longer honor the satisfaction guarantee and told me to deal with the corporate office. Save your money, time and energy and don’t use these dishonest people. Unbelievable. I will be happy to send anyone pictures if you are questioning their service.

Horrible! I came home from a 12 hour work day anticipating a clean home. The moment I walked through the door, I assumed they hadn’t been there. Unfortunately they had. I basically paid to have my floors vacuumed and light dusting. My counters and stove top were not cleaned, bath tub was not scoured, mirrors not wiped, floors not swept or mopped. If this had been done, then it was done badly. I called 2 days later(after working 2 more 12 hour days) and was told I had 24 hours to complain. Really? Bad service complaints have a time limit? The reason I hired them is because I didn’t have time in the first place.
