RediSetFit

I have known Rita for many years and I have watched her grow and blossom into her passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals. I happen to suffer from a few injuries to my knees and lower back so when it came time to manage my pain I decided to put aside the meds and pain creams and to make a personal change to get fit, I chose Rita for this reason. Initially when discussing what I wanted to accomplish I explained my injuries and injuries and setbacks and Rita went on a research hunt speaking to various doctors, chiropractors and other personal trainers to personalize a fitness strategy to alleviate pain, strengthen my muscles and to overall tone. From day one, Rita has been nothing but professional, supportive and an amazing trainer. Pushing me to limits I didn’t think I was capable of and in the process helping me reach my goals of strengthening and alleviating pain. During my program with Rita I had several health setbacks and she was very understanding and accommodating (within reason) and was always there to support me. I am extremely pleased with how the program worked and my time with Rita. I look forward to working with her again soon! Thank you for giving me the confidence I lacked to believe in myself.

Rita knows A LOT about the fitness and wellness industry. I constantly learn from her how I can be more healthy. It’s really great to work with someone who has a passion for what they do and cares for the well-​being of others. She always has different exercises for me, and they’re all unique, interesting, and very challenging.
