Customer service here was flawless and I have to say that the quality of the flowers that we picked up from here was UNBELIEVABLE! I’ve never seen such brilliant and large blooms on orchids before. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.

This is a wholesale flower business that is not open to the public.
While their website clearly says that they close at 11am on Saturdays, they were VERY RUDE about telling me that they were closing when I got there at 10:30am. The guy reluctantly pointed me towards a glassware aisle when I asked if I could just look at some bud vases, then he proceeded to shut off the lights while we were in the aisle! So rude! Apparently, they’re under the impression that selling at low prices gives them the right to have crappy customer service! They’ve got another thing coming if they think their business will last that way.
I’ll take my business elsewhere… where they know how to treat people courteously!
