I have had ADT and keyth and both can’t compare to the service I receive from Sentry
there installers are professional and when they leave you don’t even know they were there.
I think Dave is the owner and he personally called to make sure we were satisfied. I use them in all 3 of my businesses.

Kudos to Sentry for making things right. I escalated the issue that we were faced with because I took issue with paying for something that wasn’t our fault.
Their President took the time to call me (multiple times — I’m a hard person to get ahold of sometimes!), explain what had transpired internally and make the situation right (read: refund us). He noted that they were in fact at fault, apologized and reiterated that they don’t typically have situations like this occur and that they wanted to retain us as clients for a long time.
It says a lot about a company when they take responsibility and make the effort to make things right.

Recently I had a need to switch security companies for my home — the previous one was slow to respond to an actual emergency, so I switched to Sentry Security which has been a great experience.
The sales people were very friendly, very thorough and made sure they addressed all my needs and concerns. The installer was on time, very professional and did a great job of installing my system with out making it stand out in my home. The sales person even came to my house and gave me training on the system, he was very thorough. Anytime I call I get immediate attention — great customer service
