Not the greatest place to have worked. The pay wasn’t good, and there seemed to be a social hierarchy between the different departments. On the upside, the dress-​code was pretty lenient.

Excellent service… The rep was very helpful and informative and a pleasure to work with. She showed me how to use the machine and the directions were so easy to follow. It was such a simple device to use. I highly recommend this to anyone who suspect they have sleep apnea or may have a loved one that may have it. The thought of a sleep lab scared me it was such a relief to know that there was an alternative I could do in my own home.

Was given a machine to take home for a sleep study. However this machine must not have been tested before being given to me. It has a short in one of the wires which is interfering with the recordings it should be taking. I have wasted 2 nights hooked up to this machine for nothing. Maybe check out your machine before sending them home with someone & them getting incorrect results next time! I wonder how many other patients used this before me and got incorrect results?

One word– terrible!!! Worked with Rose Mary. Does not follow up, return calls, or help. I had to call them many times to get the sleep apnea machine sent out. She was then to arrange for me to get my CPAP machine I have called in several times and have yet to hear from her!!! I liked the idea of being able to do the sleep study at my own house and in my own bed. I feel like that gives the best possible reading. I have trouble falling a sleep sometimes when we are on vacation. My suggestion is do the study at home but use a place like Liberty Medical Supply to get the equipment. The acted like they wanted my business and appreciated me! I made one phone call and they took it from there– they contacted my insurance, the doctor, got everything together then ACTUALLY called me back! Easy! No Stress! Thanks Melissa C (Wilmington, NC)
