Avoid coin laundry at all costs. No change machine, no detergent soap machine, no staff on Sunday and worst of all no ventilation (100 degrees + today). Anywhere else you’ll be better off.

Disclaimer: I usually have no troubles with them (which is why I am giving two instead of one star) – until this week. I dropped off a complete tuxedo (shirt & tie, tails, coat, pants) and an overcoat to be picked up on a Tuesday. When I picked them up and took them home, I realized a few days later when I finally checked on the garments that my shirt was missing. I ran down to pick up the shirt and the woman tried charging me despite my already paying. When I showed her the receipt which read (4 piece tux and overcoat) she tried saying that the bow tie counted as a piece. I refused to pay for their mistake of not including my shirt with everything else, and she tried to make it seem like she was doing me a favor by not charging me although it was I who refused and it was her (or one of her workers) who was at fault. What’s more, the cufflinks, which I am almost certain I left in the shirt when I dropped it off were not there. I found the studs, but not the cufflinks, in an envelope with the rest of my tux. I shall not be going back.

No complaints here! My clothes were done on time and looked great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
