I heard they got in trouble by the health department for putting food from people’s plates back into the buffet. Also, their food tastes dry and stale.

I’ve given their buffet multiple tries, but I just don’t care for the food.

The buffet makes the claim of having Chinese, American, Japanese, and Italian selections. The Italian selection is always a really horrible, not even remotely Italian looking pizza. The Japanese selection is typically a dish that they call ‘Japanese chicken.’ It tastes very similar to most other chicken dishes at the buffet, and the taste is slightly below average. There are much better options in the area for all the different types of food that the Super Buffet serves. The service is good. My drink always stays filled. The pricing is a bit higher than it should be for the quality and variety of food available.

A huge roomful of Asian and American items plus soups, crab legs, fruit and desserts. There’s a LOT of food for the money, which explains why West Virginia’s wealthiest couple frequently eats here. The wait staff is a constantly changing team of young Chinese girls, most of whom speak very little English(one wonders how they pass their time in Wheeling on days off). Few choices for vegetarians, and all of the seafood dishes use that weird fake fish stuff. My son recommends the Japanese chicken, General Tso chicken, and the lo mein noodles.
