Tips 2 Toes Nail and Spa

Excellent place! My go-​to for no chip. Friendly and good quality. I usually choose Essie for no chip and have always been highly satisfied with the results. Great people work here :)

Cons
— drawers FULL of nail files and buffers that are reused;sanitation standards indicate a new file and buffer should be used for each customer
— they put a paper towel down under your hands when beginning, not a real towel
— only one nail brush at the sink and it is not in barbicide
— dusty
— a little limited on color selection
— a little unorganized from trying to accommodate so many people (one person started on my nails and another person took over, started to redo what the first did because there wasn’t communication between staff)

I always have a great experience at Tip to Toe. I too love that they play movies and the pedicure and manicure always last. The staff is friendly and I LOVE that they are open on Sundays! Recommend this place to everyone.

My favorite nail salon! I love going here — I’ve been to Jini and 1 other woman (I didn’t get her name) and liked them both. Jini’s manicure always lasts 5 days+ and she’ll create a color for you if you don’t see what you’re looking for. She gave me a beautiful white/​pink-​ish color my first time that I just loved and received a lot of compliments on. I agree about making an appointment, even if it’s 10 minutes before you’d like to go in. The movies and massages are a nice addition!

I always have a great experience here. I love that they play movies so that you can watch while you are getting your nails done. Also my nails last a lot longer than other places I have visited. They do not seem to accommodate walk-​ins very well, so make sure you make an appointment.

Always a pleasure to be in this place. The staff is very nice and the salon is clean and modern. Movies playing while you get your nails done so it’s different then other salons. One of my favories in Wheeling.

I chose to go to Tip 2 Toe after reading reviews for several nail salon’s in the area. I made an appointment at T2T for 11:30 on a Friday.
The location is convenient and I was greeted promptly. Everything was ready to go, I picked my toe color and sat down for my pedicure. The offered me tea, turned on my massage chair and began my service. I really liked that the technician didn’t talk to me the entire time. I was able to enjoy the service. She did a really nice, gentle massage and the foot part was especially good. She even did a paraffin wax on my heels!
I wanted a very specific polish color. It was a color I saw in a picture that was very light pink but the white part of the nail didn’t show through. It just looked clean and classy. They didn’t have an exact color that would give the same effect. They tired exceptionally hard to match the color… trying several shades and combos to get it just right. In the end, I really don’t love the color but they truly went out of their way to attempt to match it. They did ask me if I liked it but after so much effort I didn’t have the heart to say not really, nor the time to have it redone. That said, the technician did a great job shaping and cleaning up my nails for the no-​chip manicure. After it was done she did a really nice hand and arm massage PLUS a back and shoulder massage! I was thrilled with the back and shoulder massage because it’s such a nice touch and many places skip this part now. Overall, the customer service and quality of work was great!
They wrapped my toes up to make sure they wouldn’t smudge when I put on my boots. Then it was time to pay. I provided my debit card but was asked for cash or check which was slightly annoying because I specifically asked if they took cards when I called for the appointment. At any rate, I paid and was on my way.
Also, I want to commend them for sticking to their appointment schedule. They had a few walk-in’s while I was there but they asked if they could come back because they were booked with appointments. Most places will say they have time, make the walk-​in or the scheduled clients wait while they rush to fit everyone in. I felt that they took their time and worked hard to provide a high quality service. I’d go back for sure!

Jini is the best!!! My manicure lasts 8 – 9 days. Friendly staff, great selection of colors and easy to get an appointment. Always playing good movies on the TVs and awesome massage chairs.

A friend of mine recommended this place and I went there with my girl friend to get her nails done last week. Quality of works and friendly services there made her so happy. While I was waiting, I was offered Asian tea kind of drink there and it was so good. Most of all, their prices are absolutely affordable…

The staff was so incredibly nice but let me tell you my no chip chipped within 3 hours of getting down then two more nails followed suit! They redeemed themselves and did my nails beautifully and they stayed chip free for over a week!

I took my daughter (5) to get a manicure and pedicure together, our experience was nothing short of INCREDIBLE and AMAZING. They were very professional and patient. My nails came out FABULOUS and my daughter’s were as well. We will definitely be going back for all of our nail care! My daughter LOVED her first nail salon experience and I couldn’t be more grateful for the friendly staff and the attention to detail they put in! Absolutely wonderful!

First time customer… went in today spare of the moment (called first) as my gel nails were not holding up from a prior salon done less than a week ago. The receptionist/​manager was very friendly… looked at my nails and gave suggested options. My nail tech Jiny took great care of soaking off my gels and did an awesome job on my no — chip manicure love the hand cream used with the plastic little gloves you wear under the uv light while the no — chip is setting and LOVE the hand massage after the manicure… will definitely return and try a pedicure! :)
