Terrible. Girl attendant walks up and says «what’s up»? I thought she was just being nice. 3 minutes later a guy with his headset comes up and says «what’s up» let’s step outside? I kindly say no thank you I’m waiting on a machine. He then says customers are saying you are trying to intimidate them. I said, you must have the wrong person. There’s nobody around where I’m standing, who said that sir? He says again, let’s step outside. I was furious at the insinuation and handed him my card and told him I spend Thousands of dollars at the facility, and I was waiting on a particular machine I always play last before I leave. After seeing my card, he mumbled, «uh, nobody said that». I said, are you kidding me, you made up that I’m intimidating customers? I was waiting for a game to open. I am a Platinum Card holder.
Again, I was waiting to play my favorite machine I always play before I leave. If it didn’t open, I would’ve left in five minutes and came back to play at Wheeling Island again in a few days. I will NOT BE BACK. EVER!
This was harassment! I couldn’t believe it was happening! There’s more to this story that makes it even worse. However, i think you get the idea.
I would recommend to anyone considering a visit at this place «DON’T BOTHER»! Go to The Meadows! They treat you fantastic there! On top of this, the girl that said «What’s Up»? I now know that she was being facetious. The last time I locked up a machine, I tiped that very same girl $ 200. Never again! And btw, you can check my other reviews, I am not a complainer, I compliment in 99% of my reviews.
