Extra Innings Hanover

A great ½ hr batting cage. Very clean and great/​friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back.

We’re kind of centrally located between three places where I can bring my kids to work on their swings for baseball and softball… and when given a chioice I almost always end up at Extra Innings in Hanover. Why you ask?
This place is very easy to get to and is kept in pretty good shape… even though it isn’t
the closest to my house, I prefer going here because of the location. The equipment at Extra Innings has been upgraded and the pitching machines are great… and I love that when you buy a membership package you get use of the training area anytime it is open. I’ve never taken advantage of the training clinics here, but friends have and say they are great. The staff here at Extra Innings are really helpful and they aren’t there to just sell you on a package, but they’re there to help. I also like the pro shop… they’re not the cheapest, but they are very helpful when you’re trying to figure out what kind of bat or glove you need to buy for your kids.
What I love the most is how excited the kids get when we walk in and hear the crack of a bat. They don’t see it as one more boring practice session, but as a time to have some fun-​even if we’re just trying to fix a hitch in one of their swings. And any time they can have FUN while practicing is going to be the best time for them to actually learn something,
