White Bear Lake, MN
The food is superb. The owner, Margaret Doran, is a true master of her art. She does wonderful casual food, including soups, salads, and sandwiches for lunch. Then, in the evening, the restaurant transitions to casual elegance.
Doran and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. She rents the restaurant out for private events and parties. She also caters and teaches classes.
