I would give them more stars if it were possible.
My fiancé and I had not one but two large trees fall on our house and shed during a big storm. There were also lots of large tree branches in the yard, and one of the trees that hit the house partially buried (and crushed) my fiancé’s car.
This all happened on a Friday night. Saturday morning, we started calling around to see about getting the tree off our kitchen and got in touch with Tim Morgan, an arborist who works with Timberline.
He referred us to them and put in a call asking if they could help us out. Due to the extensive damage we had (and the fact that our yard/​house looked, as Tim put it, «like an upside down jungle»), they were able to get a crew with a crane over in about an hour and a half, despite their very, very busy schedule (it was a bad storm, and we weren’t the only people who needed their services).
These people were AMAZING. They went straight to work and didn’t stop moving/​working until about four and a half hours later, at which point the «jungle» had been reduced to a large pile of mulch (which we asked them to leave so we could use it for landscaping — ordinarily they would have carted this away, so it’s not their common practice to leave it) and some large tree trunks piled neatly in the street for removal by the city.
All of the people working on the project were super-​nice and friendly. We were incredibly grateful to them for their fast, professional service, and would recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal done fast and well.
