I was very happy to see these guys here (close to my work). First time today and I had the Chicken & Veg w/​Peanut Sauce. I have to say I was very pleased. Chicken was cooked great and the sauce was plentiful as well as delicious. I do recommend calling in ahead of time. There was a steady flow of traffic and seems like they cook to order (good thing).

The food tastes AMAZING and came out so quickly. My boyfriend and I ordered the chicken and steak bento and shared it. We’re from California and this is probably the best fast food we’ve gotten since we’ve been in Oregon!

This little bento joint is a hidden gem in the fast food abyss of white city. If you’re in the area and want some real food, this is the place. Awesome chicken bento and some great small bites like the ono-​rolls. They’re next door to the Grange in white city.

What a gem! Fast friendly service in a convenient drive through. More importantly though, the food is delicious. I got the chicken bento with veggies and my wife got the steak.
The chicken had great flavor and was well cooked. The veggies were fresh and flavorful. The steak was nice and tender and was a very generous portion.
What a delicious healthy alternative to normal drive thru fare. We will definitely be back!

Found this place from the great reviews on Unilocal and it did not disappoint. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. I had the ono rolls, teriyaki chicken with a green salad, side of peanut sauce and a shave ice. I will be back!

Everything was just «okay.»
I got the chicken with sautéed veggies and rice. The chicken was lacked flavor but was cooked well. The veggies didn’t really taste sautéed — more like steamed veggies. The rice was a little overcooked. A little cup of sweet chili sauce came free, but it’s the exact same sauce you can buy in most grocery stores so nothing special.
I also had blue raspberry shaved ice. This is a snow cone and NOT shaved ice. The ice is crunchy whereas shaved ice is light and fluffy. I was a little surprised at the flavor selection too — no strawberry, apple, lemon or lime :/​
Food was given to us about 10 minutes after we ordered. We were the only car there on a Monday at 12:20 PM. I can’t imagine how slow it might be if they were more busy.

Tasty steak and chicken. Mac salad was very good also. Comes with a sweet/​spice sauce that tops it off nicely. I recommend it.

I wasn’t expecting what I found here. It was honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had. The chicken and veggies plate and coconut curry were amazing, and the Ono rolls are INCREDIBLE. I really, really hope this place stays in business, there isn’t anything else worth eating between Shady Cove and Medford. I’ll never go to Nohos again.

Good little bento spot just off hwy 62. Been here 2x now and was impressed by the freshness and flavors of everything. Short and simple menu, but offers a good variety of options. The couple (?) running the place is super chill and friendly.
Just remember kids, this is bento-​cooked to order and not McDonald’s fast food drive thru. It’ll take a few mins waiting, so if ur in a rush just give them a call ahead of time… Or just slow your roll, take a deep breath and enjoy the moment

The steak reminded me of beef jerky, side of sweet chili was a good option. Mushrooms zucchini and onion is the veggies side. Portions are about the same as other bento locations.

Wow, I saw this little hut across the street while I was in a hurry. I ordered and smelled the food from the grill I started salivating. I ordered bento chicken with peanut sauce and Ono rolls. It. Was. Delicious. The only complaint was that I ordered brown rice but got white instead.

Had a great thai coconut curry chicken bento today, super huge portion and quick, friendly service — they were out of the macaroni salad but said that the next time we come through, it’ll be on the house:) We will definitely return!

This is the best bento place in the valley hands down, they have the best customer service, their food is always served fresh and with a smile, my favorte thing there is the shaved ice its to die for I definitely will be coming back again and agian.

This place is awesome! My 6 yr old loves shaved ice and chicken bento! She loved it and so did I! The teriyaki sauce was perfect, not too salty and the chicken was cooked to perfection! It was more than enough for the two of us! Great prices, large servings and delicious food!

To start off the owners are super friendly and helpful. Then I got home and the family ate, two very picky kids, the quantity was great the quality amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone a locally owned business with nice owners and great food.

Everyone should try this place the food is fresh and cooked to perfection, it is someplace that I will come back again and again, they have Hawaiian shaved ice, which is awesome, have not had that since I was in Maui, so try it you will love it. The service is fast and friendly.

This is place a hidden gem! In a town absent of any decent food Island Grindz is totally unexpected. You really can’t go wrong with any of the menu items. All of the sauces are delicious, the portions are generous and the prices are totally reasonable. This is the perfect place to stop in for lunch or dinner to go if you don’t feel like cooking! The service is fast and friendly.
