I found an insect in my «Zalad», I chewed it up and upon spitting it out onto a napkin, I could see that it had wings. When I took the salad back the manager said «Do you want another salad?» Lol. I can’t go back.

This location is located right off 65. I ordered the House salad and by the time I got my glass of water filled and walked back to the counter my food was ready for pickup. The dining room had many different sized seating tables so large and small sized groups can find a table or booth. My salad was ok. The lettuce was fine, tomatoes so so but with this one the fried chicken was super salty. So I can’t give this visit a 4 star as since chicken is their thing, I would have thought that would have been made right. The restrooms were very clean and in very good condition.

Its becoming clear I have a secret crush on Zaxby’s. I suppose its the sexier, Grownup, Open on Sunday version of Chick-​Fil-​A. I’m okay with that. It might be hard to decide which has the better Shakes, but I think Zaxby’s has the better chicken, and is open on Sunday.
Stopped in for some Drive Thru service on a road trip north. While the employee who took our order was slightly discombobulated, requiring us to repeat it twice, she made it impossible for us to be truly cross at her because she was so cheerful.
Stop in and try the Zaxby’s Club (my favorite item) and see if you don’t agree (Maybe on a Sunday?)

Pros: new, tastes great. Salads served on glass plates. Bread is awesome. Salad was very tasty but the lettuce wasn’t cold and chicken was lukewarm. Caesar dressing was excellent.
Cons: plates covered in greasy fingerprints! Noticed other customers plates also had greasy prints! Hardly any lettuce. More croutons than anything else. No smiling faces on employees. Maybe overwhelmed? Wasn’t very busy so doubtful. Not allowed to order grilled chicken by itself. Must be ordered in a sandwich or salad.
