Highland Road Collision

I was a vendor for Highland Road Collision during the summer of 2014 for a major hailstorm. We partnered with them (NO DENTS a local Paintless dent repair company) and repaired several hundred vehicle with them. There customer service is excellent. Both The owner Rich and his office help Matt kept the work flowing continually in and out of the shop at a great level of quality and with few if any delays.

Honesty in Collision Repair: Where do mechanics take their cars when they need body work done? The honest guys at Pontiac Lake Auto, my shop for everything car related, immediately recommended Highland Road Collision. I’m an auto skeptic by nature and I even checked out three other collision shops before going to HRC. HRC was not only the most honest but also the most customer focused and friendly. Any place can fix a car but what about the extras like a ride to and from if needed? HRC is willing to go the extra mile, even though I didn’t need a ride. Other places wanted $ 50+ for a loner or said that it was my job to find a ride to and fro. Other shops also insisted that I needed to leave the car for, get this, up to 14 days. Most importantly was their pricing. Since the person who hit my wife’s car was paying out-​of-​pocket, she was delighted in the agreed price. Other shops wanted to fix things that didn’t need to be touched-​not HRC, they only fix what needs to be fixed. That’s honesty.
HRC ordered the parts ahead of time, painted the parts ahead of time, and made a point to routinely keep me informed of the progress so that I could properly plan. Once I brought the car in, they only needed an hour or so to properly install the back bumper. At no time did HRC waste any of my time. Few places have this kind of repsect for their customer’s time.
