Lucky Express has decent, cheap americanized chinese food. It is of acceptable quality. That’s the best I can do to describe it. I only eat here because of the proximity to my house. They also have a tendency to negotiate your order. Example 1: You order one vegetable dish and they tell you that they ran out and substituted a different vegetable dish after you already paid.
Example 2: They claim that their own menu’s coupon is out of date and that they won’t give you the free item unless you spend more than stated on the coupon.
I could take it or leave it. There is nothing at Lucky Express II that they do particularly well.

Exactly what you would expect from carry out Chinese food. Nothing fancy but if ypu are in the mood for Chinese carry out this place has never disappointed. They have tables but not a plave I wpuld eat in; just fine for carry out
