Our 28 solar panels were installed last May and BGE finalized the installation in June. The system was originally sized to cover ~95% of our electric use. We opted for the micro-​inverters so we can see how much power each of the panels is producing as well as the cumulative total. In 9 months we’ve accrued over 7 MWhrs of energy, even with our non-​optimal orientation. The tax incentives paid for ~1/​3 of the system. In addition to the savings on our electric bill, we receive about $ 960 from SRECs, green energy credits, a year. Plus there’s a large boost in our home’s equity.
The sales and installation crew were the best! We’re extremely happy with the whole package!
