Webb’s Water Gardens

Webb’s is by far one of the best online retailers we’ve had the pleasure doing business with. We’ve been ordering from Webb’s for several yrs off & on, initially via Amazon. We order the 16.5 lb Tetra Pond Floating Koi Sticks on a monthly basis from early spring thru late fall. The product is always fresh and never crushed and their prices unbeatable! The cherry on top is the free standard shipping. Unlike most online retailers that offer free «standard» shipping which can take anywhere from 5−10+ days, we usually receive our pkg the NEXT DAY via FedEx… if this is standard can’t imagine what expedited shipping is :-p Thank you Webb’s Water Gardens for offering name brand quality products at affordable prices and for your consistently OUTSTANDING service you provide… our 200+ Koi are happy & grateful… so are all the turtles that cone by to visit ;-)

I have been ordering products on line from Webbs Water Gardens for 3 years now. Twice I have had problems with items I ordered and the customer service has been OUTSTANDING! The problems were no fault of Webbs but they took care of them quickly and efficiently.
Most recently I ordered a maintenance kit for my Laguna pond filter system. The new UV bulb was not working at all. I contacted Webbs and with out any trouble they sent me out a new bulb as quick as can be to take care of this problem. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency at which they resolved this problem.
Based on my experience with this company I have no hesitation recommending them. I only wish all the companies I work with would be this responsive and helpful. Thanks Webbs!

One stop shop for everything related to water gardens. Easily the best store in the Baltimore region — with friendly advice offered through both the phone and person. During the summer months, the outdoor portion of the store is open, with a dozen gorgeous koi ponds.
The only downside with Webb’s is that the online prices are not available in person. Its often cheaper to have them ship the product to you (which is effectively next day anywhere in Baltimore) than to pick it up yourself.
