I went to this location because I could make an appointment online to get my FBI fingerprints done there. The appointment was on a Saturday morning, and some other customers were there, but the store was not too busy. I was immediately greeted and taken to the fingerprinting machine. My fingerprints are always difficult to capture, so the employee had to redo them many times, but she was patient. The FBI accepted the fingerprints. I would return to this location in the future to get my fingerprints done.

Everyone’s very helpful here specially understanding different software for making posters and flyers, resumes, etc. customer service is always been excellent. Sometimes I wish they were open till nine or 10 o’clock at night.

I just waited 20 minutes to pick up a package, and it wasn’t because the store was busy. I was immediately greeted, and I explained what I was in need of. The employee said she didn’t know how to check a package out for pick up and that I would need to wait for the other employee, who was waiting on a customer at the time.
Both employees assumed I was waited on for about 5 – 7 minutes after that. Then the employee who I was waiting to help me explained that she didn’t know how to check out a package either, because she had only done it once or twice before. She spent about 10 minutes looking for instructions and making phone calls for assistance.
She eventually located the instructions and fumbled through the process on the computer for another 5 minutes. I was told by UPS to bring government issued ID, but was never asked to present it. When I was finally told I could take the package, the employee said she was just glad she was able to figure out how to check the package out. I wish these employees had been trained on how to do their jobs.

Every time I go here for various things the folks are soo helpful and friendly! If you are shipping something or having copies made, this is a great place to go!
