After a long wait at the DMV next door I was in need of a snack so I opted to check this place out. I ordered the Greek panini which was supposed to have 3 different cheeses, sundried tomatoes, and green olives. It was really greasy, the tomatoes were very tough and hard to bite through, and they didn’t put feta cheese on it(as the menu stated it would have.) I didn’t order any drinks or yogurt, so I can’t say anything about those. Although, as I was sitting at one of the tables eating I looked at the flavors of froyo they had to offer and I have to say, nothing really special stood out to me. Vanilla, chocolate, two kinds of sorbet, and then two other uninteresting flavors. The place seemed clean enough, and the woman who helped me was actually quite nice. But overall, the food wasn’t the best.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely terrible. I went for a smoothie and ended up paying $ 6 for orange juice. They has extremely limited options — only full fat milk. Additionally, the menu is false. You cannot order a fresh fruit drink made with the listed fruits; you may only use the fruits from the toppings bar(I wanted the cherry smoothie). They then add high fructose corn syrup to your drink to give it flavor because they use very small scoops of the actual fruit. To top it all off the workers are rude and don’t care to listen to get the order right. I am so glad that sixteen handles is opening down the street.

The yogurt we received from this place was literally rotten. Rotten. Not a «little off», or «pungent» or «tangy» — it literally smelled like a dead animal. Just… wow…

This place is disgusting and a health hazard. I would give it zero stars if I could. I went in and sampled the tropical. It tasted fine so I took it swirled with the original tart. I tasted it once I left the place and the original flavor was rotten. Literally it was turned, rotten yogurt. I got sick afterwards and vomited in the parking lot. I reported them to their corp hq with no response. Do not get your yogurt here! Beware!

I ordered the Real Fruit Smoothie(which sells 4.99 for a regular size and 5.99 for a large) and they put syrup flavoring on it. When I asked for the REALFRUIT, they told me to add a dollar extra. Whether they were giving false marketing in their menu or the staff not being given a proper training on their own products, I’d say this is not the juice bar you’d want to go to.

This place is very good. Especially for White Plains which is not exactly the«joi de vivre» of fro-yo that some other nearby communities are. You know who you are. I really like some of their unique flavors like Pecan Fog and the cinnamon/hot doggy one, that I can’t remember the name of anymore. They have great coupon deals and the store is extremely, extremely clean.

This place is NEVEROPEN! Don’t trust posted hours! It’s unfortunate because they have a good yogurt recipe. Mall is also not worth walking in to.

Absolutely the worst establishment this side of White Plains. I would give a zero star if I could. I had a promotion for this place for a free yogurt and went in there to claim it. The girl cashier behind the counter was actually pretty intelligent, polite, and could actually speak english. I can’t even say that much about the manager. What a complete incompetent fool who can’t speak english and laughed at me when I presented him the coupon — did I mention that I waited 10 minutes just for him to get off the phone? I didn’t even bother redeeming my coupon. This place just opened up and I can tell you it won’t last long no matter what they do. Customer service is an absolute zero.
