CubeSmart Self Storage

My initial experience was HORRIBLE. But they were cheaper then other locations and their access hours where better. I booked a 5×8 storage locker and it came to be not even 4×8. I was told that sizes are «approximate» and that no other bins were available. I was moving out same day and had no choice. Long story shorter. I called the national 1 – 800 number on a Saturday and a VP of the company called me back in a matter of hours from his personal cellphone to address my anger and to stress how important customer service is to them. He made the situation correct. My interactions with the manager I had a problem with before have been fine since. The facility has a decent sized parking lot in front and a bunch of carts to unload your car to the lockers. I have seen a few lockers and I find them to be clean and in good repair. Facility well lit and recently painted. As long as their senior management remain so dedicated to customer service I would recommend at least checking the place out based upon price and access hours. DEFINITELY do not pay for anything until your measure locker size though!

if there is hell on earth, you found it. the place smells like a homeless shelter. 5×10 doesnt equal 5×10. maybe 4×6, maybe 5×7 but never 5×10. hallways are narrow and if you get stuck in the back then you’d be dragging that cart on those iron grids for eternity. good luck! you will need it.
