Rude staff that took 3 hours to put one teaspoon of cream cheese on a bagel. I’ll stay home and have a beer for breakfast next time.

Typical DD. Having the doughnut calorie counts visible is a sobering experience. Strangely enough, I like DD coffee better when we brew it at home. Nice kid behind the counter today.

Guy at the counter was A+ customer service greeted with an upbeat attitude, was fast taking my order, and didn’t flinch when I asked for extra caramel in my iced latte. It’s kind of hard to review a chain because I know what to expect I guess it becomes how well they do what they are suppose to do, which is pretty good.
When it comes to this one employee at least, I was very happy with the service and the drink I got. I’ll probably check in here again in the future when I need a caffeine buzz which is most likely the best compliment you can give a store, repeat business.

The DD on Central Ave. in White Plains is convenient with about 8 parking spots behind the store. You walk in and are greeted by friendly cashiers. There’s usually 2 lines open so the wait is hardly noticeable at peak times of the day. Once you get your coffee and food, there’s plenty of seating as well for about 20 people. The donuts and bagels have been fresh in my opinion based on all my visits to this location. Only downside is that there is no drive through available.
