Elements Massage

I had a massage by Clever on Friday ⁵⁄₆ and it was exactly what I needed. Having been hunched over in less-​than-​optimal chairs, stressed, and staring at a screen all day studying for exams, I really needed some help with back pain.
Elements Massage isn’t a luxury spa; they get the job done and done well. I would say efficient, but not in a bad way. It’s not a place you linger for 5 – 6 hours for a «pampering spa day», it’s a place you come to get your problems (aches and pains) fixed, and they do get fixed.
I would recommend Clever. He suggested some stretches for me to do as he noticed my shoulders and upper back were really tight (and that is where I carry most of my pain/​stress).

Got a massage for my wife for Mother’s day. She said she loved it!

Had a Deep Tissue Massage with Tom today! Working as a dentist I am constantly hunched and bending over and my back gets very tight. I have been going to Elements for a while and am always happy with the service they provide. Tom really knows what he is doing: he gets in and relieves the knots and stress that have built up from a busy month of work and he is very knowledgable when I have questions. I specifically made a Unilocal account because I was so thoroughly impressed with the service I have received today! Thanks again TOM!!! PRO TIP: Get an appointment at 3pm and be the first one in the lineup for the deep tissue massage, you won’t be sorry.

I went to get a 1 hour Swedish massage about two weeks ago and was pretty disappointed. I got there about 10 mins before my appointment and the masseuse wasn’t even there, she got there about a min or two after my scheduled appointment. The restrooms lock did not work, so if you have to use the restroom there’s no guarantee someone won’t walk right in on you. The room where I got my massage was freezing! And the bed wasn’t heated either. When the masseuse returned she then asked if I would like the bed heater on. It would have been nice if it was already on when I got in cuz the room was so cold. The masseuse did ask questions on how I like the pressure and if there were places she should focus and I said no. She spent so much time on my back that there was barely any time for other parts. I wasn’t a big fan of her massage style because she used too much finger tips to help with «tense» muscles which was actually painful and uncomfortable. I wish I could remember her name now but I guess she was that unmemorable. Overall I wouldn’t go back.

This place is great! All massages were awesome. Highly recommended. Very comfortable and welcoming.

Walked in with my sister for the special rate on Tuesdays for mom’s and they were so accommodating and friendly! Madeline gave such an amazing massage and was very responsive to what I needed in terms of problem areas on my upper back/​neck. The owner was also very cool and sweet. We were so happy with our experience that we made another appointment for next month!

Elements massage is a great place the staff is very friendly and Frank is probably one of the best massage therapists I’ve seen. The two hour massage is perfect The rest are just not long enough. At the end of the massage you get personal feedback on how to improve your health and well being through massage. I highly recommend elements massage.

Never coming back there again! They don’t seem to know what they are doing from front desk to massage — cannot rank it any higher than 1 star…

There are so many quality massage centers — this is not one of them. Their staff got my appointment wrong and the masseuse did not read the notes for injury issues therefore avoiding them during the massage. The cost and experience will not have me going back. PS — Parking is a nightmare.

Came back again and the massage was great (prenatal massage) except the guy wouldn’t shut up about breathing through labor pains. You’re a man, you dont’ get labor pains, so shut up. Also, no, we are not talking about my birth plan, massage my back.

Fabulous experience. Today was my first time at Elements. Can not wait for my next appointment. Entire staff are all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend. Wellness Package is a fabulous deal.

Had a great massage here on my way to the city the other day. Very friendly and effective staff, carefully asked what I was looking for and the therapist tailored her massage to exactly what I needed. Looking forward to my next visit!
