Went here to order a bowl I’ve loved for awhile. I was ready to buy it. Had to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone who worked there. It was really busy. The two people who helped me didn’t even let me order it — they said they would take my order and see if they could order it for me.
I waited a week. Never heard from them — so I ordered the same bowl for $ 100 less online.
I won’t be back due to their poor customer service.

Had my home completely renovated in September and used Ella’s for all the interiors. It proved to be the best decision I could have made. I am absolutely THRILLED with the results!!! I am grateful to Elaine, the humble owner who is an absolute gem to work with. She worked very closely with me as if she were working on her own home. Definitely no need to look any further. Highly recommended!!!
