Greatest personal service on every level! From selecting lenses(& a huge selection, too!), to advice, to fit/comfort level, adjustments(free btw), showing you how to properly clean & care for lenses… and they even give you a spray bottle of their own lens cleaner and a cleaning cloth — free. They are kind, compassionate and I have never felt rushed or like«a number»(as I have felt at Pearle Vision & Lens Crafters). Both myself and my husband love this place and will never go elsewhere! They are the best there is!

I love my glasses from Eyes on You. As someone who is very nearsighted I have accepted that I need to wear glasses. Since they are an accessory I wear on my face every day have to really like them. They have a good selection of fashion forward eye wear. Would recommend.

I love to visit this place whenever I have a question and need a pair of glasses, this is where I go. There establishment has been there for years and for a reason. They are polite and greet me right away as I come through the door. They have a wonderful store that offers many selections. I have been going there for a long time. I have bought around 8 pairs of glasses from there. The owner Peter is a great gentleman, as well as his staff. The ladies that work there know everything about glasses especially the newest technology. Next time I need another pair, I’m going to Eyes On U!

Eyes on Your Wallet Dr Begleiter was excellent… good«bedside» manor, answered answers, and had a pleasant demeanor about him. He made me feel very comfortable. Now the bad news, the two salesladies were rude, aggressive, and inconsiderate. As soon as I told them I wasn’t interested in the $ 600. glasses, but would instead purchase the $ 150. reading glasses, their attitude sunk lower than a bottomless pit. When I asked about which glasses were covered under my plan, they literally threw the glasses on the counter and walked away. Mind you there wasn’t anyone else in the store. Hello? A pregnant women came in asking to use the ladies room, she looked quite upset. These ladies won’t let her use the bathroom. Plus there was a hell of alot of bad attitude in the way they choose to tell the young woman about not using THEIR bathroom. The last straw occurred when I asked what the prescription was for my current pair of glasses They wouldn’t give it to me! Imagine asking a Doctor who just took your blood pressure for a reading, then being told«no»? I wonder if the answer would have been no if I bought the $ 600. pair of glasses? Done. «Refund my money now. We are starting on the wrong foot. You don’t know a thing about decent costumer service». In fact, with behavior this rude, who would buy anything from this place? Let’s have Robert Irvine from«Restaurant Impossible» visit this place. «You don’t ever treat costumers that way NEVER! He would fire both of them. Their message was clear. spend big bucks or leave us alone and be quick about it! PS… Thank you Ladies. I just purchased the same glasses from Zenni Optical for $ 108.00 Seeeeeeeee ya!
