I went here with a groupon and expected a good deal, but ended up paying over $ 75 extra from the groupon! In total I had to pay $ 175. Why you ask? Because they only limited the groupon offer to $ 10 per meal and everything else was extra… FYI everything is over $ 10. My food was good but my boyfriend couldn’t even finish his and we had to get him food somewhere else afterwards. The décor is nice on the inside but is a bit quiet in there for my type. The server was very very nice and attentive. Just wish the food was a bit better. I think the lunch special is the only way to go if you wanted a deal.

Only a one star because according to Unilocal and their website they SHOULD be open. However, as of 1:14pm on 11÷30÷15 they were NOT. New to the area so Off to the next Thai restaurant I go. #disappointed

Dirty plates. The server didn’t give us any drinks. Food came out within 3 minutes– I got one piece of steamed broccoli with my chicken. It was very very obvious that both items were not freshly cooked, but reheated. The broccoli was absolutely cold and the chicken was hard and dry. The other two entrees– chicken pad thai were hot noodles and cold old chicken! No lime or anything with it! Portions are very small. Without a doubt my worst restaurant experience. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Update in response to manager’s message: I still regret spending time and money at this restaurant. I walked in with a big bottle of water for myself… The other people with me were not asked if they wanted drinks. This is America? Where do you think I am from? I am offended by that comment NW. I only take time on Unilocal to warn people of where not to go, but you are right I should definitely let customers know of great restaurants! I will comment via Unilocal more often. Serving children on dirty plates… Check with Karma how she feels about that Mr. NW

This is a great casual restaurant. People are very friendly&good services, food good and reasonably priced. I think it’s much much better than the other thai restaurant in white plains.

My favorite place in White Plains! I lived there 2 years and came back often, and still do! The food and atmosphere are amazing. The service is friendly and the food is beyond delicious. The portion sizes are fantastic as well as the prices. Intimate setting, recommended for a date or catching up with a dear friend.

I gave only 2 stars for a couple of reasons. First, their tom kar gai soup wreaked of coconut and was not pleasant. Second, they didn’t have many vegetarian dishes suitable for a dinner. Third, they lacked a satisfying quality and was overly expensive. The only positive sides to this restaurant are that the appetizers were good, and the host was welcoming. But if you want real thai go to Little Thai Kitchen on Popham road, totally worth the investment.

Amazing flavorful creations. Far better than many other Thai restaurants in Westchester– we didn’t know what we were missing! Everything was excellent and the Sunday — Thursday 5 – 9 pm fixed price $ 19.99 meal is a true bargain. We will be back!

After much indecision over where to eat tonight, my friend remembered her brother spoke highly of Full Moon. We were up for anything so decided to give it a try. It was a Saturday evening but being Memorial Day weekend the place was virtually empty. The interior is decorated nicely — there’s low lighting, dark woods, and neon fluorescents typical of Asian restaurants. We started out by splitting a summer roll, which contained shrimp, sliced carrot, lettuce, basil, and mint. It tasted super fresh and came with a nice dipping sauce on the side. It was a large roll so I would like to have seen a little more shrimp than there was. Besides that, it was great. For my main I had the grilled tiger prawns, which came with a cilantro-lime dipping sauce, roasted potato slices, and broccoli. I was super impressed with the dish — the prawns were huge(plus they were generous with the portion), the cilantro-lime sauce was flavorful, and it was presented very nicely. The potatoes seemed a little out of place, but hey, I never mind a little starch =) Service was great, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I’m glad I found this place — I’ve been looking for good sit-down Asian restaurants so this one is definitely a keeper.

Really great food, service was awesome. I love when you don’t have to call over a server and ask for a refill and they just do it for you without you even knowing. A lot of healthier options, you don’t have to feel guilty walking out of this place !

Another Groupon user and we agree that it was a great value. The food was terrific. Starting with Curry Puffs which were like a Thai samosa. Great flavor and not greasy. All entrees come with a salad which had a dressing made up of both Japanese ginger and Thai peanut flavors — very good. My wife had Jumbo Prawns which came with sliced roasted potatoes and broccoli. I had a dish that included shrimp, scallops, crab and lobster in a really wonderful brown sauce. Also included were peppers, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli. It was a nicely composed dish, extremely flavorful and came with a side of rice. Salad utensils were replaced without request, a nice touch in this type of restaurant. For a Saturday night, the restaurant was not well attended, not the fault of the food. We will be back even without the Groupon. Highly recommended.

We had a Groupon for a meal for two — great value! I had a delicious cocktail made with melon liqueur, very tasty. Our food was also great, I recommend adding the steak to your dishes. Also very cozy atmosphere, low lights and nice booths. Now — the real question. As we were leaving Full Moon, we noticed, right to the door, a framed shadowbox with a Silence of the Lamps VHS tape and cover. Why? It was not autographed, and is not yet a relic. What is the significance of this film? Was the steak we had just enjoyed… actually…never mind. We mulled over the question of this choice of decoration the rest of the night. Looked up Silence of the Lambs filming locations and and other possible connections, but could find none. Perhaps one of the restauranteurs contributed money to the film in it’s production? Perhaps they’re just big fans. Either way… the food was good, we are just curious!

Just wanted to update my review that the manager, Nick sent me a personal message and apologized for the wine issue I had and being over-billed. Its not common if you ask me, that owners are willing to point out mistakes and even more, he is sending me a gift card to make up the difference! Truly an awesome dude and cares about his patrons. I will definitely be going back and happily :)

Our FAVORITE thai place in Westchester. We fine here almost once a week, whether take out or dine in — take a look for a Groupon or LivingSocial deal if it’s your first time. A nice selection of cocktails and beer, limited wine but the Cabernet is not bad. Often times they’ll have a sampler as an appetizer which is a very reasonable size and won’t spoil your dinner, but enough to get a nice taste of their options. We almost always order the same entrees — the massaman curry, pad see ew or the gra pao. All WONDERFUL. Just watch out for the spicy factor — we learned the hard way after asking for our take out spicy the first time and barely being able to eat it, it was so hot! Beyond the food, the atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. It’s a beautiful little place inside and the staff is always warm, friendly and accommodating. We will be dining here regularly for many years to come!

Surprisingly good! Having recently moved to White Plains from Manhattan, I was unsure whether Full Moon is going to be good. From outside the restaurant was almost hidden and dingy looking but inside décor is not tacky and kind of nice. Despite having a small lunch special menu, Full Moon is serving some surprisingly good Thai food. My spicy beef Thai fried rice may not be as spicy as they could have been, but it is spicy enough. Portion is quite big in comparison to other Thai restaurants in Manhattan.

Wow. Whether your from a small country side or a big city scene, if you like Asian/Thai fusion, this is the place for you. My family and I have traveled to numerous places to search for the perfect food and finally, I think we may have found something close. Absolutely no complaints at all from the food to the service to the ambiance. All of the food was homemade and fresh. All of the food was perfectly cooked and had various compatible flavors to create a truly perfect dish. Love
