Think twice before you move into this place. It used to be the AVE and has recently been taken over by Bazzuto/​Halstead. If you are looking for a place where management staff are friendly and professional… this is NOT the place.
The first time I went to the office to put in a work order for a broken toilet, the lady glared at me up and down as if it was my fault the toilet broke. The second time I went to the office because I misplaced my keys, there was another woman but she was too busy talking on the phone and decided to completely ignore me. I’m so fed up with how unprofessional this place is. These are only a few of the many issues my husband and I have had for the past several months. The only people that are professional and nice are a few front desk people (Deanna and Jon) and facilities staff (Happy, Anthony, and Carlos).
Do not compromise the quality of your so called «luxury apartment life style» at the Halstead.
