I like to stop in this store to see things in person or try on what I would typically order online. The staff here isn’t all that helpful. There is an older woman that will cut you in half with laser beams shooting out of her eyes if you ask her a question. I recommend only asking her to unlock a fitting room IF she is already on her way there. Don’t chance it otherwise. You’ll end up 2 size 6’s, instead of a size 12.

Burt helped me pick out a navy Ludlow suit. He helped me with sizing and fit. He also helped me pick out a pair of wingtips, belt, and tie. The suit looks great. Burt is an expert and men’s dress clothes. I work in an ICU and wear scrubs so I don’t wear dress clothes unless there is a special occasion. My old suits were purchased in college and I have lost 20 – 25 lbs so they are big on me now. The ludlow is a more modern slim fitting suit. As for this J Crew location they had more casual clothes. The men’s shop in Soho has more suits. Honestly if you’re looking to get a suit go see Burt. He will make the process quick and easy!

This is by far the worst J. Crew I have ever been to. The 2 times I have made purchases it took far too long for a sales associate behind the registers to acknowledge me. Both times I was the only person at the register, so there were no excuses for completely ignoring me. I should not have to be the one that initiate and says«hi how are you” — they are. On top of terrible customer service I have only made a purchase at this store 2 itmes. Usually doesn’t have a great selection.

Not organized and doesn’t have many things on sale rack. I never can find anything at this J. Crew;most things that are on sale in the city and other stores are gone by the time I shop this store. Yes, Westchester is upscale, but please, I think the wealthy in the area look for bargains too. Plus, the charge sales tax which they DON’T do in the city;so that is why I shop J. Crew in New York
