Lovesac has one thing going for them, their product is one-of-a-kind. Their sactionals are extremely versatile, and comfortable. The negatives: Their employees are sad, and extremely unprofessional. We have walked in to this store where we would sit on the couch and talk about it, and the employees would be talking amongst themselves and on their cell phones. We recently made a purchase to order an additional piece to our sactional. The salesperson knew we wanted a 5 series, but still somehow managed to order a 6 series. When we opened the box, we realized that the item was not the right size. When I spoke to that same salesperson she was snarky and aloof on the phone. Even though it is obvious that they have ordered the wrong item(we have the BOL and receipt and the skus are the same), it seemed there was a large lack of accountability. We already started removing pieces to our couch, and had the pieces of the couch taken out of the box, and they expected us to put the couch back in the box and ship it. These pieces are heavy and hard enough to take out of the packaging yet re-pack them. It took pulling teeth to get the people to offer to come to our apartment and re-pack the item. In the end we had to drive the pieces to the mall because they only offered to pick it up during the week when we were at work. For a couch being as expensive as it is, it is extremely odd how the customer service, and the quality is flawed. We requested to have the piece to be expedited to both the manager of customer service, and the sales person. We have not heard from either of these people today. The quality has not been up to par. We have had 2 issues with the items whether it be the cloth, or the you-drink. The you-drink was damaged when we opened the box. This is not a direct complaint with the store, but an overall complaint with their warehouse. It is shocking they don’t review their items when they are received, and when they are shipped from their warehouse. After spending nearly $ 3000 on a couch we think as customers we deserve a bit more.

I sat in a lovesac one year ago in RI and loved it. I recently moved and finally had the room. I purchased my super sac on December 26th. It is February 28th and still have not received my cover. I was told that the reason is because it is «custom». Only 12 of the 300 swatches they showed me at the store are not custom. So if you don’t mind waiting 11 weeks for a cover you should be happy with your purchase. And the naked sac does not feel like it did in the store. Hoping the cover will make the difference. If I ever get it. After my third phone call I was offered an in house cover that will be shipped in a week.
