I love my doctor. Love her. But the women working at the counter and the phone make scheduling an appointment and sitting in the waiting room unbearable. They are incredibly unprofessional and down right rude. So much I am searching for a new PCF so I don’t have to deal with their terrible attitudes and abrasive questioning.
While waiting for my husband I had the misfortune of hearing their not so private conversation about the latest X rated drama is one of their lives, which then carried on into a diatribe of reality television gossip– most of which was unfit for young ears, let alone so incredibly inappropriate for a professional work environment, I was shocked.
Search elsewhere for a more professional atmosphere.

This practice has some great doctors, but god help you if you need to schedule an appointment. From a management perspective, serious and deep issues. Look elsewhere.
