Super friendly, fast on-​the-​spot service.
I was careless and tugged on my gold necklace, snapping it. Michael was nice enough to explain to me that I had stretched my necklace and explained what he would do to fix it. I appreciated his professionalism. Prices were fair and didn’t change from what he quoted me over the phone.
Do NOT get confused with the Michael Jewelers downstairs. Make sure you go here: it is located on the top most floor!!!
