They charged me 15.00 for a premium cheese pizza which I thought was 10.80 from looking at their online menu. It was not cut properly nor was the cheese fresh. The short white guy that works there has an attitude and I will be calling them tomorrow to cuss them out!!!

This place is disgusting the food is disgusting and the people working there are also disgusting. I placed an order with them and saw terrible reviews and five minutes after placing the order I told them to cancel it, he said my order already left! What? How do you make my pizza and pack it to go in 5 minutes? Then he tried to make it seem like there was no way of getting in touch with the driver to tell him to turn back AND HE HUNG UP ON ME! Thank god I ordered from grub hub and called their 24 hr customer service to have this fraud pizzeria refund me of my money! Even customer service thought that was a little bit suspicious as well. I have never ever in my life dealt with rudeness on a high level in customer service.

I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. I added extra cheese and bacon of course and held the lettuce. I find lettuce on my sandwiches offensive. I ordered through an online app. It was ready when I arrived and checkout was fast. The man assisting me was friendly and polite.
It was costly with my add-ons at $ 12. Honestly for that price I wish fries and a beverage were included. But it was made to order and very tasty. I’ll order again.

I’ve been here three times. I’ve had pizza twice and had one of their sandwiches. The food is not very good. The pizza is average at best and my Philly Cheesesteak had a bitter aftertaste that was horrible. The garlic knows we’re very chewy as well. I wouldn’t order from here again.

A few months back we moved to the area and ordered from this, maybe it was because we were in the middle of moving that we did not notice how long the delivery took however today it took about 90 mins. I will first start off with the older man who picks up the phone with a rude tone and when I clearly provided my phone number he decided to not pay attention and then get pissy at having to ask two more times for my number. Here’s a tip, if you can’t multi task than pick one thing at a time to do because you suck at taking phone orders and attending to in store customers! Lastly, after waiting the 90 mins (which we were told 45 – 60) the pizza was cold and we had to reheat it… if I wanted to end up with a reheated pizza I would of went to Stop and Shop and it probably would of tasted better! Save yourself and go somewhere else!

Ordered a calzone and some wings.
On the upside the calzone was great and the delivery was quick.
Downside…wings. I ordered boneless and got bones. I ordered spicy and they definitely weren’t.
May go back from calzone or pizza but def not for wings.

This place is only good if you’re extremely hungry and are willing to pick it up definitely don’t opt for delivery. Ordered through seamless and was told it would be 45 mins yet the order did not arrive till almost 2 hrs later. Best part is the pizza was cold and missing toppings. I tried to give this place a chance ordered several times in past yet consistently disappoints. Tonight we (our neighbors who were over) decided on giving up on them.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE
When you order they show up with a different total then what they tell you online and then the delivery boy asks you for an extra tip.
The pizza is alright, but don’t get the barbecue wings– the BBQ sauce tastes like sour ketchup and vinegar.

I always stop in here for a simple cheese slice when I’m in the area. Simple and good, the sauce is tasty and just the right amount of cheese. The guys working the counter are always friendly too.

Back in the day Planet Pizza made some amazing food. Now? It’s average at best. Not only is the food lacking but their delivery guys beg for tips at the front door. I’ve complained twice about this. I’m all for giving tips to the drivers but begging for them? Unacceptable! Never ordering from Planet Pizza in White Plains again.

Never again.
I’ve ordered from Planet Pizza about a dozen times and the food is usually decent but this time around will definitely be the last we order from here.
Ordered:
Calamari — flavorless. Absolutely not one grain of salt/seasoning touched this plate
Shrimp Parm Wedge — Decent
Chicken Finger/Bacon Wedge — Great flavor but they cooked the lettuce. Who does that?! Wilted, nasty lettuce. Yuck.
Hot Wings — ordered well done and received the most DISGUSTING wings ever. Please note that their wings are NOT FRIED. They are baked and fleshy. Just gross. It’s unfortunate that the photos posted on their site do not reflect the product you receive. The sauce is watery and has a very foul flavor.
We’ve been loyal customers and are even on their email listing. Funny we order way more than the required $ 25 each time however they always have a restriction as to why you cannot apply the coupons they send electronically.
Keep the discounts and mediocre food. Never again.

Never again, ordered through grub hub. Never had an issue before. First time they bring the wrong order. Order a ginger ale, wings & a pie with toppings they bring plain pie and a Pepsi. Smh. They come back 10 mins later and bring the ginger ale and still wrong pie. We had ordered extra cheese and half with salami. They bring half extra cheese half salami. Smh got the order wrong twice in one night. Terrible! Can’t wait until Nicky’s opens in white plains!

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I have never had a less than satisfactory experience here and have been eating their pizza since about 2000. I always get slices, not whole pies, The featured item is the Grandma Pizza, a square slice thinner than Sicilian, with a topping like a pizza margherita. Today we enjoyed two slices, one topped with chicken, and one with broccoli and some pepper slices. Both were reheated but retained their wholesomeness and came up with a nice thin crust, For a whole pie in the area, I would go to Serafina or Anthony’s Coal Fired, but slices here fill the bill for a quick lunch or snack,

As a prior review explained. It’s good to be hungry when coming here. Well I’m trying the BBQ slice and beef party with cheese. What could go wrong?

I can’t really seem to find amazing pizza places in Westchester. Planet Pizza was on seamless so we gave them a try. Very average pizza with bland sauce, probably would not return.

Yikes! Really, really bad pizza. I stopped by on a whim because they had a good amount of people waiting around, and because it was close. The slices looked very average but I decided to give it a go because I was absolutely famished and sometimes slices that look unremarkable wind up tasting great after they’re heated up.
I have to say though, it was pretty bad. Underdone dough, gummy cheese, and generic sauce. How this place is in business is beyond me. I would have guessed that Westchester people would know good pizza and support good pizzerias, but apparently that’s not the case.
