On 4⁄16 I went into this particular location with a friend and his brother. After 20 minutes of being in the store and not being Acknowledged another customer walked in and was greeted. We spoke up and stated how long we had been waiting and finally one of the associated asked us if we needed help. The associates were rude, unprofessional and ignorant to what devices they were selling. My friend was interested in upgrading two phones and purchasing a tablet but decided not to purchase anything. Without going too much into detail we were frustrated that customers would be treated in such a fashion. The associates did not introduce themselves by name and I was not planning on writing a review and mistakenly did not ask the assocaiate their names. I personally do not have Sprint and my friend is currently contemplating on switching carriers as well. I would encourage managment to retrain their current staff on how to do business and improve customer service.

I went to this store today with my girlfriend about getting her a phone to upgrade. Multiple employees told us that as of January 2014, Sprint no longer supports annual contracts and that she would need to purchase a phone at full price and could not keep her data plan at the current price. We mentioned that we would consider changing carriers due to the new policies, and the staff there seemed fine with that. We went online and found that information was not true via the web chat representative. I would not consider a future purchase of any device or services from this retail location because we were given false information which would have cost a lot more than necessary.

pretty much just hung up the phone with the store’s customer service«louis». called to ask a question regarding the insurance website that would not let me go any further and he told me he wouldn’t be able to help me or «hold my hand» thru the website because he was so busy. i called back to speak to a supervisor and«louis» answered again. i told him how rude he was for speaking to me like a child and he went on to pretty much yell at me and tell me he has 20 people in the store and wasnt able to help me. i asked to speak to his supervisor and with an attitude he tells me that i will be on hold if i want a supervisor. this is the rudest customer service i have ever encountered. spoke to the supervisor and doesnt seem like he will be any help and he isnt that far behind«louis» in the attitude department. they need to take some time off and train their employees in customer service!!!

I went in today to switch to Sprint and get a new phone. The place its self was clean and had great displays that were informative. I guess this was to make up for their employees. The guy that helped me knew nothing about anything. He couldn’t answer any of my questions and was very snarky. He never made eye contact the entire time i was with him. It was weird. He also couldn’t tell me anything about cases, screen protectors, nothing. Maybe if this guy spent less time greasing his hair and more time focusing on customer service, it would be great.
