Took a Healthy Cooking Class yesterday with my family of 4 at the White Plains store. Unfortunately I was quite unimpressed. The class was so packed in that it was literally difficult for all of us to stand at the table, let alone move our elbows to cut or stir. Chef Jean was friendly enough but was just assigning insignificant tasks(chop this onion) without even any valuable hints on knife skills etc. He was assembling without commentary/learning. We were able to draw it out of him with questions, but would have been far less informed if we had not taken the lead to try to learn more. At $ 70 per person, I’ve had far better cooking classes. Don’t recommend.
