Maple Street Catering

Brandon and his staff were wonderful to work with for our son’s graduation barbecue at the lake. The food was fantastic, and their catering staff extremely friendly, professional and intuitively responsive. They made our graduation extra special! Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Maple Street Catering highly enough. We contracted with them in July 2012 for my daughter’s wedding October 2013. It was difficult finding vendors that would service NH since I live in Northern VA. We got lucky with Maple Street Catering. We did not do a traditional BBQ so know that Maple Street is not just that. We were going for «Rustic Elegance». They exceeded our expectations.
Everything was outstanding, folks are still talking about the food and exceptional presentation. Lisa held my hand for 18 months, bless her heart. She also coordinated all the rentals from the tent, china, flatware, linens, port-​a-​potties to generator. You name it, she found it.
Most of the food was cooked on site. Below is our menu. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, buffet style.

Cocktail Hour:
Cherry Tomatoes stuffed w/​Boursin Cream Cheese
Sausage stuffed Mushrooms

Plated Salad: Mixed Green Salad w/​our Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ranch and Blue Cheese Dressing
Rolls and Breads w/​Maple Butter **set in baskets on each table
Garlic and Herb Cous Cous
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Sweet Potato Casserole
Asparagus w/​a Lemon Butter Sauce
Green Beans
Brisket served w/​their homemade Whiskey BBQ Sauce and/​or Horseradish Cream

We did do an open bar and I was delighted that the pricing was based on consumption and not by the hour. Brandon, the owner, is very knowledgeable about beer and wines, so please feel free to put your complete trust in his selections. You will not be disappointed. Brandon will also work with you on any favorites or other suggestions you may have. Then we had the Jack Daniels, vodkas, etc…
The wait staff was outstanding as well. Very polite and gracious. Their number one priority was to ensure that our guests were taken care of.
I am still getting emails and FB postings on how wonderful the food and staff were. I highly recommend Maple Street Catering.
