I had a great experience trying on wedding dresses today with Heather. She listened to everything I had to say, gave her input when I asked, and was willing to try dresses outside of my original comfort range. I’ve ordered bridesmaid dresses from the store in the past and am glad I was able to have a positive bridal experience as well!

I booked an appointment on a Saturday at 2pm to find my perfect dress. My stylists name was Michele and she was AMAZING!!!
She asked my budget, my theme, my likes… She really listened to what I wanted and was able to translate that into my dress. I had picked out some styles before hand and she brought those into the fitting room as well as some that she picked out based off of what I told her.
Every dress she picked, I loved!!!
I found my dress that day and Michelle made me feel comfortable, she was with me in the fitting room helping me in and out of the dresses, she listened and I could tell she loves what she does!
I read some of the other reviews on here and I think it has to do with some of the other staff, there were maybe two women there that did not appear happy and did not have smiles on there face, if Michele wasn’t so great I would have given this review 4 Stars because of the «friendliness» factor of the entire staff. If you love Alfred Angelo dresses ask for Michele to be your stylist!

Rude. You want to act like a high end bridal shop, try not having your rude staff wearing jeans and looking like they work at Kmart with jeans and tshirts on. You have no idea who I am when I walk in the door, to treat people like that is sad and poor customer service. You need a year to order a dress, please have ordered bridesmaids dresses that were Alfred Angelo from other bridal shops in less than 3 months. Acting like I was bothering them when my mom and I were the only people in the shop.

You know those restaurants, where the staff is rude to you on purpose? (e.g. dick’s last resort). Well, I didnt realize they made bridal salons with the same schtick.
If there was a negative rating– that’s what I would have given my experince at this location.
Don’t waste your time. When i walked in i was the only one there — now, i know why. that should have been my warning to run.

*the consultant rolled her eyes at me multiple times, and turned her back and said «I’m tired»
The people that work here hate their job and you can tell
* Because they talked about how much they hate their jobs and want to quit– rather than pay any attention to their appointment
*They discussed other places in the area that were hiring
Not Helpful
* the consultant did not offer to help me in the dressing room/​did not give any clips for fitting/​viewing
* i was openminded to what would be fitting for my shape and height, my only concern was that i was getting married on the beach in the middle of summer and i didnt want anything heavy– i wanted something light. i was brought every single ball gown in the store.(yards and yards and yards of fabric).
Apparently a limited Bridal selection
* the consultant brought nearly the same dress for me to try over and over again, just with differnet lace or beading
* the only A line dresses they have are ball gowns
* the only A line dresses they have are trumpet/​fit & flare gowns
* every single dress had ruching on it — apparently they dont make dresses without ruching
I had just started my gown search. This was on the second store I had gone to. I was in and out within 15 minutes. This appointment made me so upset, it was not fun. the experience was horrific. thank goodness my first experience at another salon was magical or i would have given up and gotten married in a pillowcase.

BTW you also must provide them with your contact information so they can inform you when the dress arrives, they also sell your information to third party companies that continue to call and harass me from New York about a «bridal registry.» The only reason im certain that it was them was because yesterday i received a call and they left a message on MY PHONE for the ACTUAL BRIDE in our party (someone completely UNRELATED to me). The staff was super friendly, but the selection of bridesmaids dresses was definitely not worth the trip up there.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I was looking for my wedding dress when I came to the shop. The shop was small and only carried one or two of the dresses I wanted to try on. A new girl was helping me, but the manager tried to help find dresses. The manager pulled dresses that were the complete opposite of what I wanted and was extremely RUDE! She pulled a dress that was all lace when I had stated that I don’t want a dress with lace. I wanted a dress with some detail. She stated they could just «put a belt» on the COMPLETELY plain gown she had pulled. The manager continued to ask if I «was tired» because I didn’t want to waste my time on a plain dress. She didn’t listen to a word I had said about the gown I wanted. I cannot express the arrogance and rudeness of the manager. I came out angry and upset with such awful service. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

My first time there, I did have an appt, I bought a dress. The staff has all been very helpful but special props to Chris… he’s been wonderful! Have been back with my moh dress shopping and still happy. Have also stopped in to pick things up and they have always made time and been sweet. I found a simple, elegant dress through them with not a lot of extra bling so if you are considering it check it out!

Simple, easy dress shopping. AA uses a lot of bling, so if you don’t like that, you might want to skipis store. I found the 1 simple gown in their collection (#1645) at a great price. My assigned consultant was friendly & helpful, & another more experienced consultant went out of their way to help me find a not readily available jacket. Dress arrived in store only 6 weeks after I ordered. Will review again after alterations.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. My maid of honour and I went here the other day to look for bridesmaid dresses. We didn’t have an appointment, so I didn’t expect a ton of attention… but we didn’t get ANY. There was only one girl working, wearing a too short skirt, huge stilettos and feathers (???) in her hair. She ignored us completely. No greeting, no smile, no anything. It was very uncomfortable for us and we ended up leaving after only trying on one gown.

Came here with my mom a couple months ago to help her pick out a wedding dress. She ended up buying one that day! The staff is very friendly and super helpful. They really made my mom feel special.
