Hated the customer service the consultant was rude and sarcastically answered my questions. He even laughed at me when I made a mistake referring to the phones, I understand that I don’t sell phones for a living so I won’t be tech savvy and or know the plans att offer at the drop of a hat, but I do demand respect! I opted to leave the store and go to the main one on MacArthur road. The young man just wasn’t nice, please have your employees treat there customers with decency. I am an att customer for more than 9 years and after that experience I really was tempted to switch companies! Please be tentative and aware! Will not recommend this place

Allentown, PA
Good location, if it’s not busy. You sign in when you get there and they call your name. Sometimes there is no wait, and sometimes it feels like forever. It is a pretty busy location because it is in the mall. The staff has been pretty friendly and are pretty knowledgable about the phones they have.
