At my last eye exam I asked to try Air Optix Colors. I was told they did not make them in negative powers at that time and it was being worked on. This year I asked again for the Air Optix and was told they did not exist in negative powers. The person even confirmed this information with another employee. I found this hard to believe given the an entire year had passed. I went to a different eye care provider and they were able to fill my prescription for negative power Air Optix colors in two days. It is scary that these eye care«professionals» do not even know their products and are not giving patients accurate information. While most of the people seem nice, they were always highly unorganized and this last incident makes me question the competence of their ability. We only get one set of eyes!!!

Individually, the people seem very nice. But organizationally, I’ve never dealt with a company that is so inept and incompetent. They never follow up, no one seems to know the status of anything, they miscut lenses, then ordered two rights instead of a right and left, and then failed to re-order them for the third try. I discovered that after calling 7 business days later to check. After giving up on them, I asked for a refund and they said they’d mail a check. NO! I said to remove the charge from my credit card which they DIDNOTKNOWHOWTODO!!! When they figured it out and did it… you guessed it, a week later and the credit still has not appeared! Total time elapsed January 31 through March 30 and I have to call them today again. Brutally bad.
