God awful service from the minute we arrived. This place is obviously run by someone with ZERO restaurant experience. The hostess was clueless. Didn’t know how to handle people with reservations. Everything we wanted I had to literally get up and get myself. The singer… Some nasely 20 something chick… was horrid, singing top 10 songs by Caucasian bands on freakin Cinco de Mayo. Need water? Get it yourself. Lots of other annoyed customers looking around as if they stumbled into the Mexican twilight zone of service non — existence. Need more chips? Get up and ask someone else because your server never came to the table after someone ELSE delivered your food to see if everything was ok with your meals. The place was freezing cold with customers wearing coats. The kitchen puts out good food. The front of the house staff(management included) should be fired. They ruin an otherwise good meal. Plan for restaurant failure: hire talented cooks and support them with customer service incompetents. HORRENDOUS.

we love Mexican food and used to love this place but lately it has gone downhill. The food portions have shrunken… the service was not very good and we actually drive to the Emmaus Fiesta Olé to eat because it is much better… what a shame because we used to go to this place every other week. The food is good, but we all left still hungry and for the price that should not happen!

My wife and I used to enjoy coming here to eat. But we noticed that the menu was changed, the prices went up, and the food was not that great tasting anymore. The rice is mushy and the steak is bland. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the food portions were about half of what they used to serve. We decided not to eat here anymore. Sad, because it was once a great place to eat.

Service can be a bit hit or miss, but the food is always excellent. Large selection of creative and tasty margaritas and the table side-made guacamole is delicious.

Having spent 10 winters in southern New Mexico I feel that I know something about Mexican restaurants. I would rank this one as good as one in any city in southern NM.(Of course there are better restaurants in NM but not these prices). The family that owns this restaurant is of authentic Mexican decent. They visit their families in Mexico every year, I learned this from a teacher at the local school). Bathrooms are clean. The décor of the restaurant is like others I’ve seen NM. Service was fine and helpful. They will modify the heat of the food if you ask. The chips and salsa were fresh. I could make a meal of their salsa.

Always great food! I moved here from Tn and was constantly looking for a great Mexican restaurant with white cheese dip! I found it here! I will say the service is hit or miss sometimes and I usually ask for the same server so that she knows me. Best Mexican in town! So glad your here!

Well, the same place in Emmaus has lunch combos in the week that are great and reasonably priced. For lik 7 bucks or so. Today I paid 14 dollars for enchiladas that where bland, and did not come with rice or refried beans? Why no freaking rice or beans??? That sucks! I wont go back,. plus tip I paid 17 bucks for four enchiladas fuck that!!! Plus I had to listen to the local pork chops speaking Spanish all the while I was there… annoying as fuck

We have been to this restaurant several time has always been good, until now the menus are different the staff is different and the the food was terrible. We are very disappointed we used to enjoy the food here. Needless to say we will not be returning. You have taken an established restaurant with a following and replaced it with tasteless food and a subpar staff. Good Luck!

I had the Tacos Campechanos for lunch with guacamole appetizer. The food was a bit pricey, 9 bucks for guacamole and 13.50 for four small tacos and small bowl of retried beans but the food was good. The beans were real house made retried beans and the tacos were excellent, tender steak(no gristle) with chorizo and melted oaxacan cheese. They salsa on the side was very spicy but good. Good food costs a little more and I thought price and quantity wise it’s on par with the likes of Applebee’s, Chili’s etc. without the chain restaurant plasticity.

By far the BEST Mexican restaurant in the Lehigh valley. The service is always great. Although they can get very busy on the weekends the servers make sure to keep their on eye on you and make sure you have what you need. They have a lot of(amazing) vegetarian options as well. I always get the traditional guacamole(made fresh, right at your table). And the burrito maya, which is always great. Compared to the other chain mexican restaurants in the Lehigh valley, fiesta olé is truly authentic and worth every penny. Even open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays :)

I am saddened by the negative reviews of this place. But I realize that those are written by people whose Mexican cuisine experiences were defined by Chi Chi’s, South of the Border, and Taco Bell Tequila Olé serves the cuisine you would find in Mexico City. That is smaller portions, complex flavors that needn’t be fiery. More corn than flour tortillas. I spent a week in Mexico City earlier this yes and Tequila Olé is the only place I’ve been to in the USA that is close to what I found there. The food is fresh. No processed food. Natural ingredients. Great drinks and atmosphere. If you’re looking for cheese covered burritos and fried ice cream, please pass this place by. If you want something akin to what millions in Mexico City enjoy, then come to Tequila Olé.

Good and drinks are pricey. I got the steak quesadilla, I did not like the taste of the steak, and the rice and beans had no seasoning to it, very blend. For the price, I would expect better. This is the last time I am coming here.

Excellent guacamole, great atmosphere, and overall a quality establishment. Prices are on the higher side for some of the menu items, but the food’s well worth the money!

Food tastes really good. The problem I have with this place is I had been going there since it opened, and over the years the portions got smaller and the prices went up. Delicious food, for sure, but feels like kind of a rip off after seeing the price hikes and getting less. They have lots of unique margaritas.

We used to love this place before the«tequila house» changes. The new menu options and recipes are no so great. We’ve tried to like it, but we are moving on to better Mexican restaurants. The guy who sings on Fridays is pretty awesome though.

Great food and reasonably priced. Our waitress was awesome and never let our drinks get less than half full before bringing a new one.

The building is somewhat rough looking, but the interior(and the food) are great. I would expect that first-time customers are harder to attract than repeat visitors. Great bar, great servers(in cheap t-shirts), and food worth every penny they charge. A VERY impressive local business worth trying if you seek quality Mexican dining in a casual, but refined, atmosphere.

The meal was very good. I had fajitas, Dorothy had the Fiesta Olé’ burrito. Hey burrito was better than my fajita. She also had green tea which wad excellent. Clean dining area and bathrooms but the hand dryer in the men’s wasn’t working.

Great for lunch and dinner, entrees are definitely sharable. If you’d like to just meet for drinks, they have a great selection of tequila and you can share a big bowl of guacamole. If I go for lunch, I’m usually good with just tortilla soup and their chips and salsa mmmmmm for dinner, the tacos here are delicious(I crave their fish tacos)

Love the food! Strong margaritas that were delicious and we only got the house margaritas! We got here late on a Monday and it was empty and a bit disconcerting but we decided to stay and it was such good food! Get the Guacamole Live it’s delicious!!! We are so glad we came. Our waitress had NO problem splitting the check! If you want legitimate Mexican food come to Fiesta Olé!!
