Great place! Ice cream enjoyed in the garden/​patio areas makes desert even sweeter.

This place is a real treasure. The food is excellent and the back patio is to die for. You can’t go wrong with anything you order there. Just try to get a mix of stuff, that’s what I would recommend. Everything is so good it would be a shame to only try one thing.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always the same — great food and atmosphere! Can’t think of a bad sandwich I’ve gotten there and the garden in back is lovely.

Very good ribs and ice cream. Wish we would have thought ahead and brought in a cooler with beer or wine to enjoy with dinner!

French dip is the goodness. 3 other ppl eating and not a bad bite to be had. Really nice outdoor dining area and just all n all a must stop.

Love, love, love Pekadill’s! And John is so nice and welcoming. We are here every year for our summer vacation. We used to just come for the ice cream, but quickly realized the food is fabulous. We’ve been here for a week and been to Pekadill’s at least 4 times now. Make sure to come for Fri/​Sat night BBQ chicken and ribs

What a great place! The sandwiches were wonderful. The ice cream is Hudsonville so, of course, it’s good. The garden out back is a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the food.
They have a gluten free bun they can use to make any of their sandwiches, and it’s so good you don’t feel like you’re «settling» for gluten free.

1^st time dining here… came in for lunch. I just moved from Florida and coming from a busy town with hundreds of different restaurants, this place is AMAZING!!! And so far tops all the sandwich shops I’ve been to back home… Will be back again and possibly my new favorite new place to eat as I consider myself a foodie. My husband is from Whitehall and remembers coming here long before he moved to Florida… He loves the place as well!

Yummy food and a great atmosphere! Be sure to take your food out to the patio. If it’s a yucky day stop in for some of their amazing soups.

Very cute place with a retro feel. Sandwiches were great and I’m pretty picky with food. My husband and I shared the French dip and the sueben. Both were good but the sueben was better. Soft French bread and the dill in the coleslaw was a nice surprise. They were friendly and clean. There was also a beautiful garden out back but it was raining so we didn’t sit back there.
I am definitely glad we came and I’d recommend it to anyone.

This place is really good. I was bummed that their ice cream wasn’t in yet, but their fantastic sandwiches more than made up for it. My hubby had the pot roast sandwich, which when I had a bite wished I had gotten. My tuna was one of the best tuna sandwiches I’ve ever had. The wheat bread was think, soft and fresh and the tuna was plentiful covered in lettuce. Their hot apples are to die for.
We hope to get back in the summer and try their ice cream. Highly recommended.

Excellent sandwich and really delicious Wisconsin Cheddar Soup. Order at the counter and then friendly quick delivery to the table. we sat in the lovely spacious garden full of blooming foliage.

This place is awesome, the food is excellent the garden is beautiful and the service is friendly. Overall this place is an A++

We stopped here based on the reviews on Unilocal.It was a pure treat. The food was excellent and all very fresh. On top of that, the service was excellent and Jamie was delightful.

The hubs and I were in the area to celebrate our anniversary. Being completely unfamiliar with the area, I relied solely on Unilocal for our food consumption. You guys were spot on with this place.
We walked in to this incredibly cute and quaint sandwich and malt shop, and I knew the food was going to be good. They don’t spend this much time making an adorable atmosphere only to have crappy food.
I ordered a grilled cheese and chili and the hubs ordered a ham and swiss. Everything was out of this world good. The chili was perfectly spiced and not over-​beaned, and the sandwiches were grilled to where the cheese is just gooey enough.
Unfortunately we stuffed ourselves to the point where we couldn’t enjoy their ice cream, but that looked good too. The hubs said if we lived in the area he would gain about 1000lbs just from this place, and would enjoy every minute.
