On 12÷15÷14 I had my Windshield replaced at the Safelite location in Whitehall, PA. The installation was smooth and the employees were friendly. After the new windshield was replaced I now can hear a whistle coming from the drivers side when I am traveling between 35 and 45 mph. This is very annoying. 12÷23÷14 Update: Safe has contacted me to resolve this issue. 12÷29÷14 Update: Mobile Service Tech came to my house to try and fix the problem. Before he worked on the car, he pointed out that the moldings did not look like they fit snugly to the car anymore. After he inspected the car to try and eliminate the whistle, he commented that the moldings do not re-attach correctly after it was serviced. I contacted Safelite with this information and am waiting on a call back from Safelite to find out how this will be fixed. 12÷31÷14 Update: Went to the Safelite location in Whitehall again and they were able to reconnect the moldings on the sides of the windshield after bending a few clips to get it to fit correctly. In regards to the rubber seal where the mobile technician said the crimp-marks were from when the moldings being removed, the technicians in the store said that it must have always been like that and there was nothing they could do. The Whistle/Wind Noise has been reduced, but is still present.

Been here 3 times now for windshield replacements, not the same car I assured you, and it wasn’t always me driving it lol. But everyone is professional, fast, and always do a great job. The hardest part is waiting until the glue is cured before you can drive the car. The waiting area is plain but doable. And there’s a small TV as well as several movies you can pop in if wanted.
