Went in today and the manager short lady with a pixie cut was so rude I had to say hi myself and when I asked where an item was she sounded very miserable to tell me where it was, like she didn’t want to be there. Then the employee at the cashier it said she was in training was EXTREMELY rude she was careless and had no sense of customer service. I was soo disappointed! Please treat your customers better

Have been shopping at Staples for years. This particular location sucks. Every time you have to wait forever to be checked out. Sometimes there isnt anybody even at the register. You have to wait for them to come over because their doing something else. Guess there under staffed. Definitely go to another location.
