I wanted to review this place again after further experiences. After receiving my snow blower back, I found it wasn’t working quite right. After a few troubleshooting phone calls both Power Place and I were convinced something further was wrong. This time the transaction was smoother. First they picked the machine up quickly as a snowstorm was coming in a couple days, and they returned it in one or two days. They found two things still wrong after the first service and fixed them at no additional cost. I appreciated the transaction much more this time around.
