The first time I went in to one of the offices the secretary was very nice and sent me over to talk to Bernice.
In my opinion, Bernice was not a friendly person. She was very belittling and when I spoke to her I was completely polite by allowing her to continue her conversation and make sure that she was not in the middle of something, but she still had a harsh tone when I said that she was more than welcome to finish helping the woman she was with. Instead, she was rude and gave off the vibe that I was dumb for asking her that.
Overall, the owner of the establishment, Bernice, was very rude and had an inappropriate personality and I would not want to work with her.
