Beware… It appears that this service center preys on a perspective customers naiveity than trying to perpetuate repeat business. In this day and age of Internet no one has to be naïve. It is as quick as click of the mouse to find out the going rate for a repair. It was determined the car needed a catalytic converter which should cost no more than $ 300. to $ 400. Dollars using new but after market parts. The service manager went on to say that he also needed to replace my coils & plugs since they are most likely the culprits that caused the malfunction and demise of my catalytic converter. I knew he was fabricating this car repair rhetoric since I replaced my ignition system when the vehicle needed to pass inspection June of this year. I was told the cost of repairs would be better than $ 3000. I told him that this estimate was unexceptable especially since my vehicle is over 10 years old with 100,000 plus miles and paid him the predetermined fee to diagnos the problem. At least he was able to get the car started so that I could drive it to my regular mechanic who repaired the vehicle for $ 400.
