Used this company to get rid of bedbugs, they were very professional and friendly. after three treatments my problems were
most people know bedbugs are very difficult to get rid of. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

I had a termite issue and my problem was responded to immediately. They worked very efficiently and did an awesome job. Say goodbye to the termites! Would highly recommend!

DO NOT USE. This is the first review I have ever written. We used them for our termite inspection before buying our new home. We trusted them since they were recommended by a friend… at time of inspection MARC PLOTNICK said that he saw evidence of termites in 2 places, nothing major. After we closed on the house and started our renovation, we found that we had major termites. Turned out that our home had 360 degrees of damage throughout the basement and 1^st floor! After calling them up to tell them what happened, Lord’s Pest Control came back to the house and was shocked to see the amount of damage we had. He gave us a quote to treat the problem for $ 3000. When we asked for a discount for such a poor inspection, he said NO. «I do not have x-​ray vision, I cannot see through walls». He also said, «yes, a termite inspection is a waste of time and money». He told me to read the fine print of his contract, basically absolving him on any fault if his inspection was inaccurate. He would not even consider a discount for the careless and haphazard inspection. I am disappointed at the lack of integrity and responsibility that they had for what was supposed to be a professional inspection. IT WAS ANYTHING BUT…
